Waiver of Liability and Hold Harmless
I, as one of the conditions of my participation, specifically release Living Community Church (LCC), its agents and volunteers from any claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever, arising from or related to my participation in these activities.
Photo Release
I hereby consent to the use, reproduction, editing, and broadcasting of any and all photos, video, and/or audio recordings of me and my family's participation in an LCC event without compensation. All media and rights thereof are property of LCC.
